Metal and Plated Jewellery Care
Please use only warm soapy water to clean your jewellery. A metal specific polishing cloth, or specialised jewellery cleaner can also be used to rejuvenate your piece. Some of our jewellery pieces are unpolished and can change colour over time (especially if left unworn). This is not a manufacturing fault, just the manner of the material.
Please be conscious that gold-plated jewellery is delicate and will wear over time. We offer our customers gold plating renewal on their items when deemed necessary. We are happy to arrange this at minimal expense to the customer. Customers will need to cover the freight costs. We do not charge extra for this service or profit from it.
Pearls are porous and caring for them is very important to maintain their natural beauty and value. Please don’t drop your pearl jewellery on hard surfaces, submerge in water, wear with open weave clothing, spray with perfume or expose to cream/makeup of any kind. Pearls should be cleaned with a damp cloth but never submerged in water or sprayed with cleaning products. A good rule of thumb is to put your pearl jewellery on last.
We will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible. Please note that the delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing time.
We are pleased to offer free shipping for orders over $200 or a flat rate of $10AUD for Standard Shipping within Australia. We will have your order packed and shipped within 14 business days. We cannot specify a certain time frame delivery with Australia Post.
Rest of the world
We are pleased to offer a flat rate of $25AUD for Standard Shipping to the rest of the world. We will have your order packed and shipped within 14 days. When you make a purchase outside of Australia you are liable for all import duties and taxes on your order. We cannot specify a certain time frame delivery with Australia Post.
If you require your order ASAP, please reach out to us before placing your order and we will endeavour to have it arrive in time.
Process, Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number. Please ensure that when you fill out your order you put a secure, physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item on weekdays between 9am and 5pm. Please note that delivery timeframes are an estimate and do not take into account processing times and transit delays.
Please ensure the address entered in your order is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. Let us know if your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame and we will endeavour to help locate your parcel.

If you would like to return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your online order from us. Please outline your reasons for the return.
Comune gallery likes to ensure all customers receive high-quality products. Please contact us via email with any questions, issues or demands. If you think your item may be faulty, please provide as many details as possible, including your order number and a picture detailing the fault.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your item or redeem a store credit under the conditions that your:
1) Item is returned within 14 days of purchase
2) Item is returned in original packaging
3) Returned item is unworn and as new
4) Return has been authorised by Comune Gallery, which will be communicated via email email@example.com
Return freight and cost is to be organised by the customer and is the customer’s responsibility. We will not accept any unauthorised returns of merchandise. Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded for a change of mind. When we receive a returned product, we will either replace it, or issue a store credit, or if the item is faulty and unable to be replaced, we will refund the value of the product (this excludes original freight cost).
Please be aware that returns do NOT apply for custom made items.
